Data deletion instructions (English)

Thaipang (ไทยปัง, 타이팡) users who signed up with Facebook, Google or Apple can delete their account and personal data in any of these ways:

1. In the app (immediate): sign in → My page tab (ของฉัน) → Delete account (ลบบัญชี) → confirm. Deletion is immediate; if you have an order in progress or a refund you have not received yet, ask for settlement in the 1:1 chat first.
2. By email (works without the app): write to kmjune1535@gmail.com with the subject "Account deletion request", the sign-in method you used (Facebook, Google or Apple) and that account's email address. We verify ownership and delete the account within 10 days of receiving the request, then confirm by email.
3. In-app 1:1 chat: My page → Chat with Thaipang (แชทกับไทยปัง).

What is deleted: profile and depositor name, refund bank account, linked social login data (account ID, name, email, profile photo), saved addresses, cart, points, notifications and push tokens, 1:1 chat messages and attached image files (chat history is not kept), usage history and search logs linked to the account, and the usage and search logs made before sign-in on the devices used with the account (matched by the app's random per-install identifier). Any log not removed this way is unlinked from the account and deleted automatically 180 days (search logs) or 365 days (pre-sign-in usage logs) after collection.

What is kept: Korean e-commerce law requires us to keep order, payment, refund and delivery records (including the recipient details and building entrance information at the time of the order and the time of consent to sharing with Coupang or Olive Young) for 5 years. The hold, cancellation and refund handling recorded with those orders is the complaint and dispute record (3 years by law, kept with the order records for 5 years); 1:1 chat messages are not part of it. These records are unlinked from the account, used for no other purpose, and destroyed when the period ends.

Facebook: removing Thaipang under Facebook Settings → Apps and websites stops future data sharing from Facebook but does not delete your Thaipang account. Use one of the methods above to delete it.

Sign in with Apple: deleting your Thaipang account does not automatically remove the Sign in with Apple connection. After deleting the account, on iPhone open Settings → [your name] → Sign in with Apple (under Sign-In & Security on some iOS versions) → Thaipang → Delete, or sign in at account.apple.com → Sign-In and Security → Sign in with Apple. Removing the connection alone does not delete your Thaipang account.
